Our site in Hamburg has a die-sinking EDM and six wire EDM centres, ideal for manufacturing particularly complicated components, that can handle dimensions of 400 mm x 400 mm x 250 mm.  

Using the erosion process we can produce tapered or spiral shapes, diverse free-form surfaces and hub forms in any metal, hard metal or electrically conductive ceramic. 

Wire diameters from 0.05 mm, suitable for toolmaking, can be machined.
