Our Hamburg location has a variety of gear cutting options: spur wheels from module 0.5 to module 6 up to a 500 mm diameter, or tooth flank ground up to 360 mm diameter. We also have toothed belt pulleys with a range of belt types and belt divisions, worm wheels and chain wheels in all sorts of pitches.

Palloid spiral bevel gears, cut on an Oerlikon C 28 P CNC gear hobbing machine, are supplied with a quality certificate up to class 4  (according to DIN 3963) from a single flank gear tester.
