Baltic Metall offers you several options for welding: We have automatic, robot-guided laser welding but conventional welding methods are available too.

Our laser systems give us the means to achieve high-precision workmanship without the use of weld metal. The sheet metal is not stressed during machining, which keeps grinding and alignment work to a minimum.

Using the appropriate jigs & fixtures we will weld any sheet up to 80 cm diameter. We welcome the challenge of dealing with highly reflective and heat-conducting materials such as aluminium and copper.

Conventional methods, which include WIG, MAG and MIG welding and also soldering and MIG brazing, complete the picture of what's on offer.
